Maintain a list of delivery dates based on your delivery rules
Set the starting days after the order and each of the rules follows the order date
Each rule amount can be .00, a flat amount, or a percentage of the order total
Include or exclude weekend days (Saturday and Sunday) from the rules

On Time Delivery provides a method of maintaining a list of 10 delivery date rules. Starting a number of days after the Order Date, the buyer simply reviews the delivery date options and can select one or enter their own delivery date. Each rule can be informational or describe a deliver option to charge either .00, a flat amount, or a percentage of the Order Total. A simple click adds the Delivery Option to the cart and a Delivery line item will display the delivery date, day, rule description, and amount. The information will appear in the cart and on the order.
