    • Maak gepersonaliseerde intakeformulieren en vrijstellingen met velden voor handtekeningen, bestandsuploads, selectievakjes en meer
    • Laat klanten formulieren invullen via Wix Bookings, stuur een losse link of gebruik automatiseringen.
    • Behoud het overzicht van je klanten door formulierinzendingen aan je contactpersonen te koppelen
    • Ontvang een melding als een klant vóór de sessie een formulier moet invullen. Zo vindt er geen afspraak plaats zonder een geldige inzending
    Voldoe aan de regels, bespaar tijd en verzamel klantgegevens terwijl je boekingen soepel doorlopen via Wix Intakeformulieren. Verzamel alles: van toestemming van ouders tot gezondheidsverklaringen. Voeg formulieren toe aan je Wix Bookings-proces (verplicht of optioneel) of stuur achteraf een link. Stel een verloopdatum in voor formulieren of laat ze onbeperkt geldig. Zie in één oogopslag welke klanten up-to-date zijn. Beheer inzendingen op jouw manier: bekijk antwoorden, pas de status aan en download PDF-versies. Monitor inzendingen, ontvang alerts en sla reacties veilig op.
