Seekly adds a search box to your site that covers your pages, products, blog posts, events and services. Results update as visitors type, so they can see matching content without waiting for a separate results page to load.
Search is designed to tolerate common typos and plurals, so a query like "helmit" can still match a product called Helmet. Each result shows what kind of content it is: products include their price, blog posts include their publish date, and pages show the text that matched. Visitors can also narrow results to pages, products or blog posts.
Visitors can open search from a floating Search button, with Ctrl K or ⌘K, with the / key, or from any menu link to #search. You can choose the button position, colour and wording to suit your site's design, and the search box works on phones and with a keyboard.
Seekly reads the pages that are already public on your published site and refreshes its index when you open the app. It doesn't collect personal information about your visitors. The free plan covers up to 50 pages, products and posts, with no limit on the number of searches.
