A table held for a guest who does not arrive stays empty for the evening. When the same guest misses again, it is hard to remember who it was, because each no-show sits on a different day of the reservation book.
This app adds a page to your dashboard. It reads the reservations your staff marked as No-show and lists the guests, most frequent first, with their name and phone number, how many times they did not come, the date of the last time, and their next reservation if they have one. Pick the last 30, 90 or 180 days, or one year. You can then decide what to do before their next visit.
Only reservations whose status is No-show are counted; canceled reservations are not. Guests with the same phone number count as one person, and without a phone the email or the contact is used. Dates follow the time zone of the reservation location.
The app only reads reservations and their locations. It does not create, change, cancel or mark a reservation. It uses the Manage Reservations permission because there is no read-only one, and only to read. The list is built each time you open it and nothing is saved. The screens are in English and Japanese, light or dark.
