Deskdove adds an AI chat assistant to your site that helps answer visitor questions using information from your own pages, services and FAQ. When a question isn't covered by your content, the assistant is designed to say so and offer to pass the visitor's details to your team rather than guess. If a visitor asks for a call back or a quote, Deskdove can collect their name, email address and phone number and save them as a lead alongside the conversation. Chats and leads are kept in your private Deskdove inbox, where you can review them and follow up in your own time. The app connects your site to your Deskdove account through your bot ID, and you manage your assistant's answers, inbox and leads from that account. Deskdove adds only the chat widget to your site and doesn't store your site data.
