A postcode box on your page that answers the question every local business is asked twenty times a day: do you come to me? A visitor types their postcode and gets your own answer at once — yes, no, or ask us — with what it costs, the minimum order, how soon you get there, and a button through to wherever you already take orders. It answers real postcodes, not just five-digit ZIPs: SW11 4NX, K1A 0B1 and 1012 AB are read correctly, and SW1 does not quietly catch SW11, because that is a different district. Type a district for all of it, a whole code for one address, a star for a run, or a numeric range. The first area that matches wins, so an exception is a row placed above it. It needs no shop: no products, no cart, no checkout, nothing to set up first. A florist, a takeaway, a plumber, a man with a van — a page is all it needs. And there are no search credits: the answer is worked out in the visitor's own browser, so it cannot run out. Free: no cap on areas, postcodes, checks or placements.
