Sanestly Supplier Invoice Import & Restock helps merchants turn supplier invoices and purchase documents into inventory updates for their store. The app parses documents in CSV, XLSX and PDF formats, then matches supplier SKUs, barcodes and saved supplier aliases to catalog product variants. Before anything changes, merchants review the proposed stock and cost adjustments and confirm that the goods physically arrived. Inventory is then updated in the store, and each write is checked with a read-back verification step. Ambiguous results are held in a reconciliation queue instead of being applied blindly. The app keeps a durable record of every receipt batch, protects against duplicate submissions, supports optional last-purchase-cost updates and provides an audit trail with CSV export for each site.
