This was a fairly complex build with multiple API integrations to multiple ticketing providers. The idea was that clients can come to the site, filter and select the event they wish to attend, select tickets and checkout online. We were happy to deliver our client's vision.

We redeveloped Nardi America's website on WiX Studio with a custom product page that included a "Request a Quote" feature for some products, as well as a dynamic product specifications section that expanded on what the default product page had to offer. 

This lightweight build included a custom dynamic reviews section that featured selected product reviews on the homepage.

This website was a ground-up development where parents can go and register their children for events. This included a login portal with a custom parent dashboard, a dynamic payment integration and an admin portal.

For the USA Environmental Services we created a bespoke user dashboard where clients can track their activity for various different environmentally related aspects of their businesses. This included 3rd party API integrations, tied to dynamic charts with filters. Other reports were displayed by using repeaters, and there is also a custom google maps integration that displays multiple pins, linked dynamically with data received via the API calls.

For Quitness we have created a custom intake form with a payment integration and dynamic PDF creation on form submission tied to dynamic triggered emails. This build also include a bespoke backend admin portal where their team can manage all submissions and do order fulfillment. The home page has a tracking section where clients can track the status of their reuqests.

Fundy Woods needed a stunning online presence to match their picturesque campground near the world-famous Bay of Fundy. We created a beautiful design complemented by a professional photo and video shoot that takes the site's curb appeal to the next level. We fully integrated their existing booking system and aded a custom widget for managing new sites, amenities, FAQs, rules, and more, the site is as easy to manage as it is beautiful.

As a small, locally run Farmer's Market in the picturesque town of Woodstock, the Woodstock Farm Market needed a place to showcase their venders that budget friendly and easy to manage for their time strapped volunteers. Vendor information, event dates, faqs, team members and more can all be managed from the easy to use CMS, making regular site updates quick and easy.

With the Canada Games returning to New Brunswick, Team NB wanted a digital upgrade. We originally created a simpler site to share memories of past games a few years ago, but this new version takes it to the next level. The site now features participant profiles, medal stats, photo galleries, and sport histories in an easy-to-navigate layout. We transformed a massive collection of data into a clean, searchable experience that makes it easy for users to find exactly what they need.

Built in Wix Studio, this project was a big one. These professional storytellers from Pixar offer a world-class course for youth and adults alike. From livestreams to team management, paid memberships to storytelling magic—we brought it all together with care and precision. Collaborating with an incredible team, including Pixar’s Tony DeRose, was a true highlight.

Originally spread across multiple sites, we helped this large organization consolidate everything into one powerful hub. Now, customer management, email marketing, and site content can be shared across all departments with ease. Custom permission levels allow different team members to manage specific sections based on their roles. An advanced membership section. Custom customer journeys. Integrated third party apps. This site has it all.

Built in partnership with ABOL MEDIA in Fredericton, NB, this Wix Studio project features a 2-in-1 custom app built in Wix Blocks. The interactive document tool allows clients to add rich content (text, images, videos, downloads, and more), which is then organized with an intuitive auto-navigation system. We also built a searchable resource engine to handle their extensive library of supporting materials—videos, URLs, documents, and more—linking everything seamlessly.

Andrew Churchill was already using Wix but wanted a site that matched his new brand, had better flow, and loaded faster. We teamed up with Andrew and his design team to refresh the site, aligning it with his updated branding and campaign. We also improved the user experience by integrating a direct LMS, reorganizing content, and helping update the site messaging.

With booking tools, restaurant systems, a custom room comparison widget, and a guest itinerary planner, this site is packed with features. Wrapped in a beautiful design, it all adds up to more bookings and easy management for their staff.

East Coast Soap Company needed an online space to show off their quality products in a simple e-commerce store.  While the majority of their product is sold in local stores, they wanted to make sure that customers who found their product while travelling were still able to get their hand on their soap (literally).  Powered by Wix Stores, this simple site allows them to stay connected to their customers wherever they are.

We designed a "modern, calming, and professional website" that beautifully captures the holistic essence of her work. The "Home Page" highlights key information about BodyTalk and Lara’s personal bio, complemented by smooth layouts and engaging visuals. The site also features an "FAQ page", a "blog section" for articles, and an integrated "Get a Quote form" that allows clients to easily reach out or book sessions online.

Website Redesign : 

We redesigned the Quick Job NL website to transform its outdated and unstructured layout into a clean, professional design. The original site had misplaced text, inconsistent fonts, and poorly aligned images, giving it a cluttered appearance. Our redesign focused on improving visual balance, typography, and layout to create a more modern and user-friendly experience that reflects the professionalism of the brand.


Website Migration on Wix : 

I rebuilt this website on Wix, focusing on a clean and engaging presentation. The project included developing a dedicated photo and video gallery to effectively showcase the client’s products. I implemented the Cinzel font and applied the client’s preferred three-color palette to ensure brand consistency. The website was designed with user-friendliness in mind, allowing the client to easily make future edits and content updates with full control.

Website Customization :

For this project, we developed the “Event Cup” feature — an interactive customization tool that allows users to design their own cups directly on the website. On the Event Cup page, visitors can browse multiple cup styles and sizes, select their preferred option, and fully personalize it to match their needs.

The customization interface was custom-coded to enable real-time updates as users select cup colors, upload images to be printed on the cup, and adjust quantity or other specifications. Once their design is complete, users can submit a "Request Quote" form, which automatically sends their customization details to the "CupUp" team. The team then reviews the submission, provides a tailored quote, and initiates the production and delivery process — creating a smooth, user-friendly, and efficient customer experience.

Website Redesign : 

We redesigned multiple pages and sections of the "Global Legal Recs" website to enhance its overall appearance, functionality, and user experience. The homepage received a complete visual refresh, while the footer — previously buggy and basic — was rebuilt for a cleaner and more cohesive look.

In addition, we designed dedicated “Job Seekers” and “Hire Talent” pages to better showcase the company’s services and improve user navigation. The "Contact Page" was also refined for a more seamless and professional interaction experience.

Overall, the redesign transformed the website into a polished, modern, and visually engaging platform that aligns with the professionalism of Global Legal Recs.

Custom Database Architecture:
I built the system on modular backend Velo code that interacts dynamically with the Wix Data API. I designed and implemented a custom database collection, ExclusiveVariants, working in tandem with the default Stores collection. This enables businesses to associate unique image galleries and videos with specific product option combinations (e.g., displaying a specific image for a red, large shirt) - functionality unavailable out-of-the-box.
Advanced Management Tools:
I developed key functionalities including:
Bulk Editor System: I created a feature that identifies common options across multiple products and applies variant images in single operations, drastically reducing manual data entry and management time.
Variant Cloning Tool: I built functionality to quickly replicate complex variant setups from one product to another, ensuring consistency and operational efficiency.

Set up by myself, Josh Welch, an avid, keen and young hiker who wants to share my experiences with others to help them grow as I do. I am a one man band who does everything by myself, it's not easy but I love every moment of what I do in sharing all I can with others.

 

This site is a community project set up with the aim to share not only the basic details of a hike but rather more detailed notes and directions about the trail you want to walk. I’m constantly seeking to further develop the site to provide new features such as our interactive trail maps but this incurs quite a large cost for ongoing development.

Wix to Bexio Automated Order Sync - End-to-End Integration Solution
I engineered a robust, automated workflow that synchronizes new orders from a Wix e-commerce store directly into the Bexio accounting system. This solution eliminates manual data entry and ensures real-time financial record accuracy by bridging the gap between both platforms.
I built the architecture around three core components:
Wix Velo Event Handling: I implemented Velo's full-stack development platform to capture real-time e-commerce events. I developed backend code for the onOrderApproved event that securely collects complete order payloads—including customer details, line items, and totals—then initiates the synchronization process by calling my custom-built external API endpoint.
Serverless Node.js Backend on Vercel: I developed a custom Node.js application deployed as a serverless function on Vercel for optimal scalability and cost-efficiency. This backend serves as the central integration hub, exposing a secure API route that receives order data from the Wix site. I implemented comprehensive business logic including data validation, format transformation from Wix order structure to Bexio API requirements, and orchestrated the entire communication flow. This decoupled architecture ensures complex integration logic is handled outside the Wix environment for enhanced performance and maintainability.
Advanced Bexio API Integration: I created a dedicated BexioClient class in Node.js to manage all Bexio interactions. This client handles secure authentication using personal access tokens and encapsulates all necessary API calls for creating contacts, orders, and invoices. I implemented an intelligent "draft workflow" that creates draft orders and invoices in Bexio rather than final documents, allowing business owners manual review and approval control. I also engineered a dynamic configuration system that automatically fetches correct tax rates and revenue accounts from Bexio, making the solution resilient to accounting setup changes.
This project demonstrates my ability to design and build complete end-to-end integration solutions. It showcases my expertise in Wix Velo for frontend event management, Node.js for creating scalable serverless backends, custom API route design and consumption, and navigating complex third-party financial APIs like Bexio with advanced tax handling requirements.
The solution provides seamless automation while maintaining business control through the draft approval process, representing a perfect balance of efficiency and oversight in financial workflow management.

I built dynamic pricing computation based on user inputs like measurements (square footage) and unit ratios - functionality unavailable in standard Wix product widgets. This demonstrates my algorithmic thinking and ability to manipulate data client-side using Velo APIs and session storage for state management.
Advanced Cart System Development:
I created a fully custom-built shopping cart system by programmatically constructing cart objects and enriching them with custom data fields including user notes and product URLs via the customTextFields option. I developed a custom cart page using repeaters to fetch and render this data, offering unique UI experiences and displaying detailed order information impossible with standard Wix carts.

I implemented custom backend modules for core functionalities including user authentication and cart operations. I followed best practices by properly separating front-end and back-end logic using .jsw files.
