While I didn't design the original Nightingale Pilates website, our ongoing partnership has been a testament to the value of monthly support. Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with them through a rolling subscription service, providing ongoing updates and assistance to keep their online presence fresh and effective.

My support includes:

Adding new course dates and making other timely updates to their website
Creating newsletters to keep their community informed
Designing Canva images and documents to support their promotional efforts and brand consistency
Recently, I’ve begun offering social media management, helping them create a cohesive strategy and develop engaging content.

This veterinary practice, specialising in acupuncture and pain management for animals, needed a user-friendly website to enhance the experience for their clients and streamline their operations. They came to me for a redesign from another platform, seeking a fresh, accessible site that was easy for both clients and referring vets to use.

The website I built features a client form where customers can upload important documents, images, and complete a detailed questionnaire regarding their pets’ health. There’s also a vet referral form, which is a more detailed version of the client form, specifically tailored to facilitate professional referrals. These forms were essential for the practice, and ease of use was key to ensure smooth, stress-free submissions for both vets and clients.

Additionally, the practice has benefited from my monthly support package, which includes small website updates as their services and offerings grow. This ongoing partnership has ensured their site stays up-to-date and continues to meet their evolving needs.

Becky's Beauty is a thriving beauty salon that needed a professional, user-friendly website to streamline client bookings and showcase their services. Additionally, the site includes a live Instagram feed to keep visitors up to date with the salon’s latest treatments, trends, and promotions. The contact forms make it easy for potential clients to get in touch and request more information, contributing to stronger engagement.

The Spinning Barn is an artisan fibre studio that specialises in workshops, fibre crafts, and quality materials for enthusiasts of spinning, weaving, and other fibre arts. As my longest-standing client, we’ve been collaborating for over 10 years, and in that time, I’ve had the privilege of evolving their website into a rich, multi-functional digital space that serves both the business and its community of fibre artists.

Contact Forms: These help streamline communication, ensuring that enquiries are answered promptly and potential clients can easily connect with the business.

Event Listings: The events section allows users to easily browse and sign up for the studio’s workshops, creating a seamless booking experience that drives attendance to their in-person and online events.

Service Bookings: Clients can effortlessly book one-on-one services or group classes through a user-friendly booking system, helping The Spinning Barn maximise its schedule and outreach.

Shop Functionality: A robust e-commerce section allows customers to browse and purchase high-quality fibre materials and tools, further expanding the studio’s revenue channels.

Free and Paid Video Demos: To support The Spinning Barn’s mission of educating fibre artists, I implemented a feature for offering both free and paid video demonstrations. This not only provides value to their audience but also adds an additional income stream.

Beyond building the website’s core functions, I provide invaluable monthly support to ensure that the site continues to meet the evolving needs of the business. My ongoing maintenance ensures that everything runs smoothly—from updates to troubleshooting—so the owner can focus on their craft without worrying about technical issues.

Project: Zoe Powell's Digital Hub Training

Objective: I created Zoe Powell's Digital Hub Training as a resourceful secondary website to demonstrate the powerful functionalities of Wix. My clients often prefer to see how features operate in real-world settings, so this website serves as a live showcase where they can explore various tools and design elements that Wix offers.

How I Helped: Through this platform, I provide clients with real-time examples of Wix features such as the online group function, and I’ve created easy-to-follow video guides to walk them through both the desktop and mobile versions of the platform. In addition to this, I’ve included walkthroughs for the website owner’s dashboard so clients can fully understand what they will have access to when managing their own websites.

Clients have found this website invaluable in helping them make informed decisions about which features they would like to include on their own sites. By seeing how different elements function and are managed, they are empowered to visualise their website's potential and get a better grasp on what will work best for their business needs. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, with clients expressing how much easier it is to understand the platform and make confident choices for their own digital presence.

Outcome: This training site has not only provided clarity but also enabled my clients to gain confidence in navigating their own websites. It acts as a comprehensive hub, supported by additional links to Wix’s own guides, creating a seamless experience for those looking to deepen their understanding of the platform.
