I can't say enough about how wonderfully helpful he was in figuring out the problem. He was prompt, considerate, and patient. He explained things in a way that I could understand. He was respectful and supportive and offered to help me if I ran into problems again. He really was great! I wish there were more people like Tom Sadler!...

Tom Was AWESOME. He managed to do in a few minutes what I could not achieve in days. He understood my being technically challenged and was able to walk me through what was a very easy fix for him. He didn't charge either.
