Sometimes, you have to admit you need help. I finally came to that realization while setting up an e-commerce site with no clue what to do. I am truly thankful for Mike and Joann at ATC/SLN Media. They are responsible, informative and creative. I felt included as a team member throughout the process and the final product reflects my vision for my company and not something someone threw together on my behalf. They saved me time, energy and money; more importantly, my sanity 😊 I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and patience....

This is a two person team, Joann and Mike. They give you a price and tell you they can give you a site to your liking, but instead, Mike expects to give the absolute bare bones minimal website for close to $500. Mike, the so called website developer, is a complete narcissist. You ask him to make a change or correction, he either tries to up charge you, unbeknownst to his partner Joann, for tasks that are included in the initial rate, or tells you to do it yourself. Then they ask for $200+ to get you to the top page of Google and maintenance. I ended up having to do the work all myself. I professionally let them know that I would not be utilizing their services moving forward. Mike took it upon himself to go to my business Facebook page to basically birate me for firing him on the project. Ultimately, I deleted the comment, but this just goes to show you the unprofessionalism of him. Avoid this team at all costs....

Shannon if you read our profile you would see our websites start at $500 even though we sometimes lowered it for a sale. I re-did your website 3x, which I considered necessary, just to please an impossible to please customer. Yes I went on your Facebook, Because after I built your website 3x, made no cost videos for your website and downloaded stock photo's from adobe stock at no charge to you. You called your Credit Card company and said it was a fraudulent charge. Not saying you didn't receive what was promised, which you knew you couldn't prove, but to lie and say we stole your information somehow, But we know we can't please everyone and will continue to provide the best service we can to our customers Plus being in business for 13+ years says something !!!... 0,0
Joann was great. She found some errors that I was not aware of on my site and got them taken care of through Wix. She knows web development inside and out. Her pricing was very fair and she was a pleasant person to work with. She knows her stuff and took care of my needs in record time. I will be using her in the future for any of my website needs and would strongly recommend anyone thinking of using her should do so.
