Having had a poor previous experience with a website designer, we could not have been happier with the service from Max. The site looks great, is easy to use and is a real upgrade on our previous web presence. But the significant factor is that Max was always on hand to answer questions, make tweaks and generally speak to us in a way that non-techy people could understand. I've given Max 5 stars, but only because I can't give him any more....

Max has a high level of customer service and having worked with customers and clients all my life, I know how important this is. His communication and timescales were fantastic. Max understood easily what I was looking for in my design and gave me questions which easily guided me to make sure he got what he needed from me. The whole thing was such an easy process - I am well organised and knew what I wanted so that definitely helped us both - and the outcome was something very special.
