Richard Rogers at LA Web Design charged me upfront for a web design update and failed to complete the work in the timeframe. When he finally responded to my email queries he said he was swamped. I asked... for a refund and he never gave me a refund. Be warned. Do not use this company!

These guys were amazing. They took our old defunct bland site and totally gave it a professional sleek looking facelift. We could not be happier with the results. They did a thorough job of evaluating our goals and specifications up front, communicating their expertise, and making clear what we needed... to provide in the way of content in order to upgrade our existing website. The communication with LA Web Design throughout the process was timely, their design and graphic expertise was outstanding and their technical expertise was very helpful when it came time to go live. The end result was excellent and we are very happy with our new website. We will use them again as our site evolves and our business grows.

Amazing response time and accuracy on everything is on point. I reviewed few wic partner but he stood the most because he respond so quick to any of my questions via call or email.
