Dark Matter Digital was quick to respond initially regarding my SEO request. Promised a 4-5 business day for the project (pretty basic). Ended up taking 1.5 months, which because very frustrating. Communication... broke down and I had to continually follow up for updates. I felt like once I paid the project cost up front, I was tossed to the back of the line only to be dealt with when time allowed.

Brandon was quick to respond and provided a simple form right away. I paid for the original work and said I was more than happy to pay for all the extra revisions I was going to need to make this form... work for our company. I set up a time to talk via phone to go over everything and he never called. Never answered my calls or emails. I would not recommend Dark Matter Digital.

They insisted on us paying them in order for them to release the website to us. Once the payment was issued, we never heard from them again, inspite of them not having finished the website. The phone and... tablet versions of the website needed a lot of work and they simply ghosted us once they received the full payment. We ended up completing the website on our own. Very unprofessional.
