In about three weeks I went from knowing nothing about website building to publishing my site on Wix having built it myself. It was a great learning process, but time consuming and frustrating. When I checked the site on mobile I was sorely disappointed that it didn't translate well at all. It had to be done, but I was worn out from having just created my main site. So, I reached out to Wix professionals and decided to pay to have it done as quickly as possible. Three people were recommended and sent a message to all. Bitsy got back to me immediately personally. The others didn't. Automated replies and scheduling appointments days later didn't appeal to me. I hired Bitsy and in about a day had my website looking perfect for mobile users. Communication throughout was personal and quick. I'll hire her without a doubt when and if I need more web design. Can't recommend highly enough....

One of the greatest challenges when creating a new website or modifying a current one, is finding that Graphic Artist who can almost read your mind or understand your heart, the dream, concept or aim we are shooting for without utilizing the time we can be spent on other projects (because that’s probably the reason of every website, to have a cluster of some many objectives and projects trying to fit in one major impression that will attract buyers or our public). I feel like if I were to be asking for magic, and that’s what Ms. Bitsy McCann has, that magic that knows colors, themes, background, and how to play with all those resources she has available. Having great creativity is a major deciding trait she possesses, but another great factor is her sense of time. She keeps the customer informed, giving updates, asking for feedback, and answering all those questions to deliver the most perfect site that will please our demands and meet our expectations. I highly recommend Bitsy to all customers because she not only delivered a complete work that exceeded my expectations, but she made herself available to explain how each feature works and how to engage so we can take pleasure benefiting with our own website. Bitsy, you are a wonderful artist, awesome and extraordinarily talented.

I was so proud of creating my first DIY Web page - BUT THEN I encountered a Total & Unsolvable TEXT Jumble layout when previewing my MOBILE version. Oy!
