Hi, I’m Marlana Glaeser — Creative Director and CEO of The Glaeser Group, Wix Marketplace Legend Partner, and Co-Founder of The Creative Collective, a nonprofit focused on helping talent and creatives access the resources, education, support, and opportunities they need to move forward.
Today, The Glaeser Group works primarily with people pursuing careers in the performing arts, fashion, entertainment, and other creative industries. That includes singers, actors, comedians, voice actors, models, writers, artists, songwriters, performers, creative organizations, and others building a professional presence around their work.
I did not build this business from a boardroom. I built it through long nights, real conversations, problem-solving, and years of helping people figure out how to present what they do in a way that makes others pay attention.
That matters even more in creative industries.
Your website is often where someone decides whether to keep looking. It may be where a casting professional, agent, venue, buyer, collaborator, producer, potential client, or audience member meets you for the first time. It needs to do more than look good. It needs to make sense, communicate who you are quickly, and support where you are trying to go next.
My work goes far beyond simply building websites. I look at the full picture: Who are you trying to reach? What do you need them to understand about you? Does your online presence reflect the level you are working toward? Is your website supporting your career, or is it simply sitting online?
I work heavily in website design and redesign, branding, creative marketing strategy, SEO foundations, user behavior, portfolio presentation, and helping creatives connect the pieces of their professional presence. Clean visuals matter, but clarity, credibility, and connection matter more.
Over the years, I have worked with performers, musicians, actors, speakers, writers, nonprofits, performing arts organizations, creative businesses, and individuals building or rebuilding their professional presence. Some come to me needing a complete website. Others need a stronger portfolio, clearer positioning, a landing page, an updated brand, or someone willing to look at the whole picture and tell them what is and is not working.
The Glaeser Group has grown largely through referrals and relationships, and I take that seriously. I work intentionally, communicate honestly, move quickly when needed, and care about the person behind the work.
If you are simply looking for someone to “build a website,” I may not be the right fit.
If you are a creative, performer, artist, writer, or organization working within the performing arts, fashion, entertainment, or creative industries and you want someone who understands that your website is part of a much bigger professional picture, I would be honored to connect....
