Unfortunately, this client was a poor communicator and was impossible to please. I graciously, let him pay half down and half when the first review was sent to the client. Something I never do but was trying to help him out. Then he sent me an email that showed he was completely unhinged. I decided to not continue to work with him. See his email below:

"The Lord said recently " I am tired of my house being unclean. Now I am going to clean it" The judgement of God begins in the house of God. You better repent! Then the Lord will greatly bless you!

God loves you. The Devil hates you.  Yet you have followed the Devil in this work! 

If you don't repent, you will surely die 10+ years before your time in great terror and agony! I speak this to you by the authority of the Word of God! It is time for you to get serious with the Lord!

After this email I discontinued working with him.


Very disappointed! She simply skipped our task order for a two tier checkout for our legal documents and insisted that she has completed the job. We could not pay her the second half of the fee.

Jim has been probably one of the most difficult customers I have EVER had. 
Constant mansplaining and being an out and out bully. 
Laughing at me and making me feel less than him. It was awful. 
He was extremely high maintenance which I accommodated gladly. He wanted to add things without payment and was never satisfied with anything I did. 
In fact, when viewing his site now, it has ONCE AGAIN been edited. H is not ever happy.

It is interesting how I have only 5 Star reviews and now I have a one star because of him.
I am a hard worker with over 13 years experience and I make amazing websites for amazing customers. Unfortunately, this customer was not as amazing as he thinks.
 


First off, I admit that my needs are very high end and I require someone that is detailed, very responsive and very creative. For my needs, Autumn was not a good fit. Perhaps someone that just needs a simple quick, cheap site Autumn could be a good fit.

Autumn is an angel from Heaven! She worked overtime to get our ads with Google straightened out and it was was a trainwreck! She is very communicative and answers texts promptly. Autumn created our social media presence and updates regularly, which is something we never could do. If you need website development and ongoing support, from someone who gets the job done, contact Autumn!

Autumn is truly a gem! I am so so so happy we connected! She has been a life saver and business saver! We will be working together FOREVER!! 🤣💕 if you are looking for someone that cares about what they do and about making your vision come to light Autumn is truly your best bet!
