Metro Home Health Care Corp: The Challenge: Metro Home Health Care, a trusted Minnesota home care agency with over 20 years of experience (since 2004), needed a website that would do more than just exist. They needed to rank higher for key services like PCA (Personal Care Assistance), CFSS (Community First Services and Supports) and homemaking services so that individuals and families searching for in-home support could easily find and trust their agency. The Solution: I designed and developed a fully customized Wix website that balances professional credibility with compassionate family oriented messaging. The site clearly communicates the agency's extensive experience, service offerings and unique value propositions while being structurally optimized for search engines and AI-driven discovery.

Customers can pay invoices The Solution: I developed a fully responsive, mobile-first website that prioritizes user-friendliness without sacrificing visual impact. The design leverages the high contrast bright green and black to create an energetic and modern aesthetic. 7v7 Flag: Custom Wix Website with Multi-Event Registration, Dynamic Calendar and On Site Payment Processing The Challenge: 7v7 Flag is a non-profit organization running a series of flag football camps for high school girls across multiple California cities during June, July and August. The client needed a website that could: • Display camps in different cities with varying dates across three summer months. • Allow parents to register students on-site (at camp locations) via credit card transactions. • Provide an integrated calendar so users could see all available camps by city, date and time. • Handle the complexity of limited spots per camp, waitlists and potentially different pricing per location. The Solution: I built a custom Wix-powered registration hub that turns a logistically complex summer series into a seamless user friendly experience. Tasks Completed: Dynamic Multi-City Calendar: Created a unified, filterable calendar (by city: e.g., Los Angeles, San Diego, San Jose, etc.) that displays only active camps for June, July and August. Users can see dates, remaining spots and location details at a glance. On-Site Credit Card Processing: Integrated Wix Payments with a mobile-optimized checkout flow, allowing staff to process registrations instantly at camp locations using any tablet or phone. Transactions are secure, receipted automatically and sync with the central database. Per-Camp Capacity & Waitlist Logic: Built custom logic (using Wix Velo) so that when a camp reaches capacity, the system automatically closes registration and offers a waitlist option, preventing overbooking across 10+ camp locations. City Specific Pricing & Forms: Configured the site to support different pricing tiers (if needed) and custom registration questions per city (e.g., medical waivers, school name, t-shirt size) without creating separate sites for each location. Automated Confirmation & Reminders: Set up Wix Automations to send personalized email confirmations, pre-camp waivers and 24-hour reminders to every registered family, reducing no-shows and admin work. Coach/Staff Portal: Created a members area where camp coaches can download daily rosters, check-in lists and emergency contact info for their specific city and date. Non-Profit Donation Integration: Added a seamless option for families to add a tax-deductible donation during checkout, supporting the organization's mission to bring flag football to more high schools. The Result: A scalable mobile-friendly registration system that handles the complexity of a multi city, multi date summer camp series while providing a smooth, professional experience for parents and staff. The client can now run camps in 10+ cities without administrative chaos and receive online payments directly from the website.
