This professional helped me set up a website for St Peter the Apostle Catholic Church to collect recipes for our cookbook. Unfortunately the site did not work for everyone some could submit recipes and some could not submit recipes. I was not able to submit recipes and when I reach out response was slow. Sometime several days waiting before I received a response. We took the site down after two months and all the recipes entered were not even on the download so this was not helpful with our quest. I was told I would receive a video to help navigate the site and had to ask for the video more than once before receiving the information. This was not a fit for our purposes....

Hi Karen, your church purchased 2 hours of support time with our team (not something we usually offer to folks we haven't worked with before, but since you are a non-profit, we wanted to help). We reached out to you several times via email and through our project management system (Basecamp) with the video you're referring to, but did not hear back. We unfortunately cannot (and do not) guarantee that you'll learn everything you need to know about Wix with just 2 hours of support time, and we're sorry to hear that you decided to take the site down....

I was blown away. They really do create an amazing website in one day. It far exceeded my expectations. To be totally honest, I was expecting an adequate but not exceptional site. They made a site I'm truly proud of. It was so easy to work with them. They have a strong system and it is streamlined and so effective....

Giving high marks for design and creativity, and less for the method they call website in a day. I think for someone who can take over the basic web building and use Wix helpful services, their method would work. However, I needed time between seeing the design on the wire frames, and realizing what else needed to be done, so there was some anxiety on my end since I am quite a tech novice. Absolutely loved the final product and they were easy to work with except for the final follow-through that I needed....
