I have been in online marketing for 15 years. I have a passion for SEO, Web Design, Social Media, Conversion Optimization, Content Marketing, and Online Marketing Strategy. I enjoy working in different industries as each one has different challenges. I have clients from hair salons, the party supplies, Halloween Costumes, the travel industries, restaurants, boxed meal industry and much more. I needed an ecommerce type website made and Charles told me he had done this many times before. It was clear that this was his first attempt at such a website. We discussed 1500 skus to be added and once we got to 600 skus he said there would be an additional charge. Even after showing him in his own recording that he agreed to 1500. This would've been fine but my biggest challenge with Charles was that he was constantly talking over me.
If you need just a general, non complex website I believe Charles would do good work, but this ended up in a disaster. I wasted $2000 and I have to have my website remade from scratch by someone else....

Oh Dean, first I have built many Ecom websites as to the 4 examples I sent you when we first spoke. You said you had around 300 products. Came to find out that it was more like 630.
You never provided a product image, a product name, or a description, just codes to find on another website which I then had to pull everything from, and you never sent me the CSV file in the format that I asked for. I had you check out the search features for Searchanise, and they all met your standards.
You did not send me the recording with the time stamp I asked for. In fact, after that conversation, we had many more emails in which I was once again asking for the same basic information I had been asking for from the start but you were supposedly waiting on your lawyer and manufacturer. Plus you asked me to make some minor changes. Then a week later without a phone call you just disappeared. You changed the functionality you wanted three times.
I provided a fully designed Ecom website with over 30 pages. As for talking over you, yes I did do that as you kept repeating the same things over and over again, even when I told you the functionality you are looking for can not be done in Wix. Each time I spoke to you you sent me different sites that you wanted the functionality to work on your site. Each time I explained what we could do and what we could not do. I also told you to stop changing your mind every time we spoke as it does not work like that. ... 0,0
Chalres was a pleasure to work with. He was quick to respond to my inquiry and was able to diagnose my problem right away. He was honest and upfront and I definitely recommend working with him!...

Charles was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was diligent in contacting me via phone to handle my needs efficiently and effectively, as opposed to just sending an email in hopes that I contact him. The experience I have with Charles is incredible. The Bang is definitely worth the buck.
