VIES enables merchants to confirm the VAT registration numbers of their business customers in other European Union (EU) Member States. This allows merchants to check the validity of VAT numbers quoted to them. The VIES system applies to intra-EU trade only. The app fully automates VAT number validations of store orders containing VAT number and reports it to a specified at configuration Google spreadsheet.

Deze app is nog niet beschikbaar voor Verenigde Staten van Amerika, maar wel voor

overige landen.
